About the Role

As a process operator, you are an important part of the production flow. You will work in a high-tech and hygiene-demanding environment where quality, safety, and efficiency are crucial.

Your main tasks will include:

• Monitoring and controlling processes via control systems and computers to ensure that production flows as planned.
• Adjusting machine parameters as needed and ensuring that quality meets all requirements.
• Performing daily checks, cleaning, and hygiene routines according to established procedures.
• Documenting and reporting deviations and participating in improvement work in production.
• Collaborating with colleagues to create a safe and efficient work environment.

The work is practical and focused on problem-solving, where you will work both independently and in teams.

Working Hours

• Full-time – 3 shifts
• The work is scheduled for days, evenings, and early mornings (no nights), providing a good balance between work and leisure.

This schedule is common in the process and production industry to keep production running while avoiding dark nights.

Your Profile

• Have technical interest and computer skills — you will work with control systems and system monitoring.
• Are meticulous, responsible, and solution-focused in your work.
• Enjoy working both independently and in teams.
• Have a good ability to follow routines and instructions.

Meritorious (but not required):

• Experience in process or production work, preferably in food production.
• Forklift license or other relevant qualifications (e.g., wheel loader license).
